Sarah Gibson

Ms. Gibson was born and raised in North Carolina before moving to Florida in 2024.

Ms. Gibson has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where she was on the Dean’s List and graduated with honors. While at Wake Forest, Ms. Gibson was a member of Delta Zeta Sorority, a Guardian Ad Litem for Forsyth County, North Carolina, and was involved in several philanthropic organizations. Ms. Gibson also completed a study abroad program in Copenhagen, Denmark, where she studied terrorism, cyber warfare, and human trafficking from a European perspective.

Thereafter, Ms. Gibson obtained her law degree from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law in Columbia, South Carolina. In addition to being on the Dean’s List, Ms. Gibson was a Non-Resident Scholar and the recipient of a Cali Excellence for the Future Award for receiving the highest grade in Food Law and Policy. Ms. Gibson also served as the Articles Editor in Chief for the Journal of Law and Education and had the honor of having her article, Societal Concerns Over the Drug Epidemic Have Turned America’s Public Schools into Constitutional Dead Zones, published in the Spring 2024 issue. Ms. Gibson was also a member of Women in Law and the Phi Delta Phi International Honors Society.

Ms. Gibson began working at Snell Legal as a Summer Associate in the summer following her first year of law school and continued working as a Law Clerk until being admitted to the Florida Bar in April of 2025.
In her free time, Ms. Gibson enjoys paddle boarding, reading, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Wilson.
