Snell Legal PLLC, an AV rated business law and litigation firm located in the beautiful Daytona Beach, Florida, is seeking a litigation paralegal to join our team. We are looking for a professional to support our litigation and business law practice that is willing and able to assist with both litigation and non-litigation business law tasks.

In this position you will:

 ✅ Screen potential clients

 ✅ Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

 ✅ Manage case calendars, deadlines, and court filings

 ✅ Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel

 ✅ Organize and manage document productions, exhibits, and trial materials

What we are looking for:

 ☀️ Highly motivated detail-oriented individuals

 ☀️ Undergraduate education, paralegal certificate, registered paralegal, or experience          in the legal field 

 ☀️ Someone who works well in a team, under pressure, and is adaptable

 ☀️ Strong written and verbal communication skills

 ☀️ Detail oriented

 ☀️ Experience with Clio, filing court documents, and billing time

 ☀️ Experience with legal AI

 ☀️ Willingness to learn and develop new skills
