Greg Snell Writes on Physician/Patient Arbitration Agreements

Attorney Greg Snell wrote an article entitled "Physician/Patient Agreement Requiring Arbitration of Malpractice Claim Upheld for First Time" which appeared in the weekly Newsbrief of the Volusia County Medical Society. The article summarizes a recent Florida First District Court of Appeal decision and the pros and cons of entering into arbitration agreements with patients to avoid jury trials as was approved by the Court.

Mr. Snell provides representation to physicians in litigation and other matters and is also experienced with arbitration. He frequently speaks and writes on business litigation and physician related topics and is available to serve as co-counsel or consultant on such matters.
