Greg Snell Writes Article on Proving Lost Profits

Attorney Greg Snell wrote an article entitled "The Flexibility Theory of Damages and Lost Profits" which appeared in the April 2011 edition of the Volusia County Bar Association newsletter "The Communicator." The article details the law and related challenges associated with proving lost profits.
